- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery method, and destination.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Opened or used rice bags are not eligible for exchange due to food safety standards.
- Process:
- Contact our support team at support@fatarice.com with your order number, photo evidence (if applicable), and reason for exchange.
- We’ll provide further instructions, and a replacement will be shipped after approval.
