  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery method, and destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Opened or used rice bags are not eligible for exchange due to food safety standards.
  • Process:
  • Contact our support team at support@fatarice.com with your order number, photo evidence (if applicable), and reason for exchange.
  • We’ll provide further instructions, and a replacement will be shipped after approval.
